About Lunar Security

Lunar Security Ltd exists for programmes that treat security as part of operations — not an afterthought bolted onto facilities. Our work is officer coverage: placing the right people on the right ground, with enough rest between duties, and enough visibility for supervisors and site admins to act before a post goes soft.

We built our own operations stack because spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads do not scale when you have multiple sites, training matrices, leave, incidents, and overnight shifts competing for the same officers. The Lunar admin dashboard connects sites, officers, and supervisors so the roster stays honest and the audit trail stays intact.

What we believe

• Site knowledge beats generic presence. An officer who has completed site training is worth more than a last-minute fill who does not know the brief.
• Rest rules are a safety control. Recharge windows between duties protect quality of cover — and the people delivering it.
• Visibility reduces surprises. Admins should see who is assigned, who is late, and what escalated — without chasing radio traffic.
• Discipline scales. Clear SOPs, handovers, and logging habits matter more than slogans on a hi-vis jacket.

How we work

Engagements start with a coverage conversation: locations, hours, risk profile, SIA requirements, and any site-specific induction. We map officers who are already trained for those sites where possible, identify gaps, and propose a standing or flexible plan. Once live, site admins use the dashboard for day-to-day oversight while supervisors keep the roster and escalations moving.

We are not a volume commodity gatehouse firm. We are built for programmes where missed posts, untrained cover, or opaque scheduling create real operational risk — substations, logistics, estates, and commercial sites that need accountable people on the ground.
